Who we are

HappyLinks provides the pages you are viewing. When you give your email address to a creator through a HappyLinks page, HappyLinks is the data controller for that address, and the creator receives it to send you what you signed up for.

What we collect

If you subscribe on a creator’s page, we store the email address you typed, which page you typed it on, and when.

When you visit a creator’s page we record that the page was viewed, and when you tap through to a retailer we record which product you tapped. Those records are counts. They are not tied to your name, your email address, or a profile of you, and we do not use them to track you across other sites.

If you have a HappyLinks account, we store your email address and the content you create.

What we do with it

Email addresses are used to send you what the creator said they would send. View and click counts are used to show creators how their pages perform. We do not sell anything to anyone.

Who else sees it

The creator whose page you subscribed on can see and export your address. Once a creator exports a list, that copy is in their hands and their own obligations apply to it.

We use Cloudflare to run the service and store data, and an email provider to send messages. They process data on our instructions.

Removing your address

Email privacy@happylinks.bio and we will delete your address from our systems. You do not need to go through the creator, and you do not need an account to ask.

If a creator deletes their page or their account, the addresses collected on it are deleted with it.

Affiliate links

Product links on creator pages usually earn the creator a commission. Tapping one takes you to the retailer, and what happens after that is covered by that retailer’s own privacy policy.
